What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Most items are available from 10–50 pieces depending on the product. The MOQ for each item is listed on its product page. Sample orders are welcome so you can check quality before committing to bulk.
Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We send samples of most products worldwide. Sample cost and courier charges are adjusted against your first bulk order. Request a sample through the quote form and mention "sample" in your message.
Do you accept custom designs and OEM orders?
Absolutely. Customization is our speciality — we manufacture from your drawings, photos, samples or even a rough sketch. Private-label branding, custom logo engraving and bespoke packaging are all available. See our Custom & OEM Orders page.
How are prices quoted?
Because quantities, finishes and packaging change the final price, we quote on request. Send us the product, quantity and destination port through the Request a Quote form and you will receive our best FOB/CIF price within one business day.
What are your payment terms?
For international orders we accept bank transfer (T/T) with typically 30% advance and balance against shipping documents, as well as irrevocable Letters of Credit for established buyers. Domestic orders can pay by UPI, bank transfer or Cash on Delivery through this website.
How do you ship, and how long does it take?
We ship by sea and air freight from Indian ports and airports, with export-grade packing as standard. Production usually takes 3–6 weeks depending on quantity; delivery after dispatch depends on the destination and shipping mode. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
How do you pack products for export?
Every order is finished, inspected and export-packed: individual bubble and foam protection, inner cartons, and 5–7 ply master cartons. Fragile items are additionally double-boxed. Custom packing and palletisation are available on request.
Do you quality-check every product?
Yes. Each piece passes a multi-stage quality check — casting and finishing inspection, plating and polish checks, and a final pre-packing inspection. You may also appoint a third-party inspection agency before dispatch.
Can you engrave our logo or brand?
Yes — laser engraving, acid etching and embossing are available on most brass and wooden items. Send your logo artwork with your enquiry for a quick quotation.
Are you a registered exporter?
Yes. Faina Enterprises is a GST-registered business (GSTIN 05BDWPN1903K1Z8) with a valid Import Export Code (IEC BDWPN1903K), so we can handle documentation, customs and certification for your shipments.
