Domestic Shipping (India)
Orders across India are dispatched within 3–7 business days by trusted couriers. Cash on Delivery is available at checkout. You receive tracking details by email and WhatsApp as soon as your parcel leaves the workshop.
International Shipping
International orders ship by sea or air freight from major Indian ports and Delhi airport. We quote FOB, CIF or EXW as you prefer, and every shipment travels with complete documentation — commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin.
Export-Grade Packing
Every product is wrapped in bubble and foam, boxed in inner cartons, and consolidated into 5–7 ply master cartons. Fragile items are double-boxed, and palletisation is available for full container loads.
Returns & Damages
If an item arrives damaged, photograph it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery — we replace damaged pieces or refund, as you prefer. For international shipments, goods are insured in transit and we assist with claims end to end. Custom-made and bulk production orders are quality-checked before dispatch and are non-returnable unless damaged or not as agreed.
Customs & Duties
Import duties, taxes and clearance charges in your country are the buyer’s responsibility. We are happy to provide HS codes and documentation your customs broker needs.
