Quotations
Quotations are prepared individually and are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise. Prices depend on product, quantity, finish, packaging and Incoterm. Product prices on this website are “on request” — add items to a quote form to receive pricing.
Orders & Payment
Domestic retail orders are paid through the website checkout, including Cash on Delivery where available. Wholesale and export orders follow the payment terms stated on your proforma invoice, typically 30% advance and balance against shipping documents.
Production & Delivery
Lead times are estimates from sample approval and receipt of payment. Handcrafted products vary slightly in tone and finish — these variations are natural characteristics, not defects.
Custom Designs
Custom designs, samples and tooling are quoted separately. Once a custom design is approved and paid for, Faina Enterprises retains tooling rights unless otherwise agreed in writing.
